Approve an amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Douglas and Cochise County to allow for an earlier purchase of the Douglas Regional Service Center by the County and an earlier sale of two County buildings to the City of Douglas, with a closing date of no later than September, 2014.

Background:

Proposed agreement for early purchase of the Douglas Regional Service Center from the City of Douglas.
