Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Sunnyside Fire District and Cochise County for road maintenance, paving and other public works projects for one year with automatic annual renewals.
Background:
The Sunnyside Fire District has requested a proposed IGA Agreement for contracting the services to complete paving and other public works projects. This action
would approve the general IGA that is automatically renewed each year.

Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Once an approved IGA is in place, our department will work with the Sunnyside Fire District to complete the projects accordingly within the scope of work and the Annual Work Plan.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The work for the Sunnyside Fire District will not be performed.
