Approve the sale of one used cell phone declared surplus by the Procurement Department Property Manager for the amount of $20.00.
Background:
In accordance with the Arizona Revised Statute 11-251 a County may dispose of surplus equipment and materials that has little or no value in any manner authorized by the Board. The Property Manager has made the determination that $20 is a reasonable offer based on current market conditions.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Prepare a bill of sale, collect $20, and deposit the money into the general fund.

Ms. Bannon would have to bid on the item at public auction.
