Background:
Mr. Adenito Chavez has applied for the addition of sampling privileges to an active liquor store license (Series #9) for Cactus Spirits & Fine Tobacco located at 4273 S Highway 92, Sierra Vista 85650. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. The Planning and Zoning Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this addition.
The Environmental Health Division has no concerns with the addition of sampling privileges, unless the applicant plans to serve food. If so, a permit from Environmental Health would need to be applied for. The Treasurer's Office noted that all property taxes for the location are current.
Mr. Adenito Chavez has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
