Approve the award of Contract No. 15-10-PUR-03 for Printing Services for County Departments to Alphagraphics Sierra Vista for the period of November 18, 2014 through November 17, 2015.
Background:
Request for Proposal 15-10-PUR-03 was prepared and released on September 17, 2014 to obtain competitive proposals for Printing Services for all County Departments. The Request for Proposal was advertised in the Arizona Range News from September 17-24, 2014. Fourteen prospective proposers either downloaded or was sent the proposals. Three proposals were received by the closing date of October 7.014, at 4:00 p.m. All proposals were independently evaluated and ranked the evaluation committee comprised of two representatives from Procurement and one representative from the Health Department in accordance with the evaluation criteria section of the RFP. Alphagraphics Sierra Vista was ranked number one overall. A copy of the evaluation score form is attached.

Execute contract. Announce contract to County Departments. Monitor contract performance.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The County will most likely pay more for these services without the economies of scale offered through he use of this proposed contract award.
