Approve an interim permit and person transfer liquor license application for a series #9 (liquor store) liquor license submitted by Mr. Roger K. Burton for the Giant Store #656, 5217 S. Hwy 92, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635.
Background:
Mr. Roger K. Burton applied for a series #9 (liquor license) liquor license for the Giant Store #656, 5217 S. Hwy 92, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635.
The Planning & Zoning Department has recommended approval of the application. The Health Department will notify the applicant that she will be required to obtain the proper permits before operating the business. The Sheriff's Office has no recommendation and the Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. There have not been any oppositions.
Mr.Burton has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
