Approve a new liquor license application for a series #12 (restaurant) liquor license submitted by Ms. Patricia Mary Nyberg for Taza's Hideaway located at 1040 E Eastland Road, Cochise, 85606.
Background:
Ms. Patricia Mary Nyberg has applied for a series #12 (restaurant) new liquor license for Taza's Hideaway located at 1040 E Eastland Road, Cochise, 85606. The Sheriff’s Office and the Planning and Zoning Department have recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division noted that the applicant, Patricia M. Nybergs is working with the Environmental Health Specialists in Sierra Vista to ensure compliance with the Cochise County Sanitary Code, Arizona Food Code, Prop 201 and all necessary requirements prior to opening the facility. The Treasurer's Office noted that all property taxes for the location are not current, although they point out that Ms. Nyberg is not the owner of the property.
Mr. Wendell Gilbert has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
