Approve the Basic Service Contract with SouthEastern Arizona Governments Organization (SEAGO) for Fiscal Year 2011-2012 in the amount of $16,055 payable on a semi-annual basis.
Background:
Cochise County is a member of the Southeast Arizona Governments Organization (SEAGO). The main benefit of belonging to SEAGO is the allocation of Federal Rural Transportation Funds. Those funds are administered by ADOT and distributed through the local council of governments. The dues are based on population and are established by the SEAGO Executive Board.

Cochise County would cease to be a member organization of SEAGO and not qualify for Rural Transportation funds.
