Approve a new liquor license application for a series #12 restaurant license submitted by Ms. Brenda M. Pratt for Morning Star Cafe, LLC, located at 10428 E. Highway 92, Hereford, AZ 85615
Background:
Ms. Brenda M. Pratt has applied for a series #12 restaurant liquor license for Morning Star Cafe, LLC, located at 10428 E. Highway 92, Hereford, AZ 85615. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and the Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Planning and Zoning Department has recommended approval of the application and the AZ Department of Liquor has verified by a site visit that the restaurant is exempt under ARS-4-207 Subsection C.1 to the 300 foot radius measurement. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division has no concerns with the issuance of the liquor license. The establishment will require licensure with Cochise County Environmental Health and they will notify the applicant with requirements to obtain the proper permits before operating the business.
Ms. Pratt has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
