Invoices from the Primary Election - $35,488 Printing Cost
General Election Printing Cost – $38,000
General Election Postage Cost Needed - $10,000

Transfer funds from the general fund contingency into the Recorder's Office fund lines to complete payments.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The Recorder's Office would not have enough funds to pay invoices related to printing and postage costs.
