Approve the Minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of November 15, 2016.

Approve the appointment of Mr. Gerald Muir to the Pollution Control Corporation of the County of Cochise, for a six year term expiring on February 3, 2022, as requested in correspondence from the Pollution Control Corporation dated October 9, 2016.

Approve the request to move $83,488 from the General Fund contingency line to the Recorder's Office fund lines for printing and postage costs.

Accept and authorize expenditure of additional funds donated by the Howard G. Buffet (HGB) Foundation to the Cochise County Sheriff's Office Financial Crimes Unit in the amount of 388,267.12 to include an additional position and related equipment.

Approve Memorandum of Understanding 2016-144 between the Department of Public Safety and the Cochise County Sheriff's Office for a total of $70,000 to be used for enforcement of immigration, human smuggling, drug smuggling, gangs and employer sanction laws and/or County jail costs relating to illegal immigration.
