Approve re-appointments of Justice Court Precinct Five Pro Tempore, Leslie Sansone and county-wide Justices of the Peace Pro Tempore Gerald F. Till, Paul Julien, C.J. Garan, Pamela Housh, William Lakosil, and David Howe for emergency or temporary coverage, both pursuant to ARS 22-121; and approve authorization to call upon an appropriately-appointed Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore from another county in extenuating circumstances pursuant to ARS 22-122 for the period beginning July 1, 2017 to and including June 30, 2018.
Background:
The court is required to annually re-appoint judges pro tem with Board Of Supervisors approval. This includes the approval to call upon a Justice of the Peace from another county when there is a conflict for all of the Justices of the Peace in Cochise County.
