Ratify a Letter of Congratulations to Chief Emeritus Lee Edward Lewis, San Jose Fire District for his service to his community during his 40 year involvement with the fire district.
Background:
The San Jose Fire District members and citizens request a formal letter of recognition from the Board of Supervisors for Chief Lewis' service.

Chairman English presented the Letter and Certificate at the August 12, 2017 Event.
