Approve a new liquor license application for a series #13 Farm Winery submitted by Ms. Edith Jeanne Gustason, for High Lonesome Vineyard, located at 8979 N. High Lonesome Road, McNeal, AZ 85617.
Background:
Ms. Edith Jeanne Gustason, has applied for a new Series #13 Farm Winery liquor license for High Lonesome Vineyard, located at 8979 N. High Lonesome Road, McNeal, AZ 85617. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question have been paid in full for the 2016 tax year. The Planning and Zoning Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division recommends approval of the liquor license and will notify the applicant that he/she will be required to obtain the proper permits before operating the business.
Ms. Edith Jeanne Gustason has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
