Approve acceptance of Quit Claim Deed from Mary A. Blake (Grantor) to Cochise County for real property described as Lots 8, 9, and 10 in Block 641 of Arizona Sun Sites, Unit No. 5, as recorded in Book 4 of Maps and Plats, page 83, records of Cochise County, Arizona and; Lots 11 and 12 in Block 370 of Arizona Sun Sites, Unit No. 3, as recorded in Book 4 of Maps and Plats, page 52, records of Cochise County, Arizona as recommended by the Highway & Floodplain Division.
Background:
Ms. Mary A. Blake, reached out to the County to donate a piece of property she no longer had any use for. Through the land donation process the parcel gets reviewed by Highways, Planning, Facilities, and Solid Waste to research if it is useful for the county. The Highways Division recommended acceptance of the land donation because it would be useful to Highways operations. After proper paperwork was put together, we reached out to Ms. Mary A. Blake, who signed all needed documents to move forward with the donation.

Record Quit Claim Deed to ensure property is in County's name.
