Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Cochise County, Graham County, and Greenlee County to establish the fiscal and administrative responsibilities for the Cochise Private Industry Council, Inc. (hereinafter known as CPIC) AKA Arizona at Work, Southeastern Arizona Workforce Development hereinafter referred to as “Consortium”.
Background:
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Consortium members shall govern and administer job training services in the aforementioned counties under Title 2 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014 (WIOA).
