Approve the agreement between Bisbee Vogue, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, and Cochise County for use of County premises around the Superior Courthouse and Administration Building for the “Bisbee 1000 The Great Stair Climb”, from October 20-22, 2017.
Background:
Bisbee Vogue Inc. is scheduled to hold the 27th Annual “Bisbee 1000 The Great Stair Climb” in Bisbee, Arizona on October 20 to October 22, 2017. This event is a 4.5 mile course, featuring 9 staircases (over 1000 steps) that are connected by winding roads. Runners and walkers alike take part in this event on an annual basis and enjoy the scenic parts of Old Bisbee as they attempt to complete this challenging course. This event brings hundreds of visitors from all over the world to the Bisbee area for a fun-filled weekend.

Once agreement is fully executed a copy will be provided to Bisbee Vogue, Inc. and to Facilities.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Bisbee Vogue, Inc. will not be able to utilize County premises during the event.

Provide a copy of the executed agreement to the Cochise County Attorney’s Office – Civil Division for submission to Bisbee Vogue, Inc. and to Facilities.
