Adopt the Strategic Plan for Cochise County for 2017-2020.
Background:
The Board of Supervisors has been working diligently over the past year to develop an updated Strategic Plan for the County. This process has involved meeting of the Board with staff to create a plan that clearly defines the priorities of the Board.
As this is a living document it can always be updated to reflect changes that impact the County's mission and vision.

Distribute Strategic Plan to all County employees and share with the public.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Cochise County will not have an updated strategic plan in place.
