Approve the Fiscal Year 2018-19 Administrative and Annual Plan submission for the Housing Authority of Cochise County. 

Background:

Each year, the Housing Authority submits Plans to HUD as policies and guides for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. 

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

If approved, the Housing Authority will submit the Plans by the due date of April 2018 to HUD.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

If the Plans are not approved, the Housing Authority risks being delinquent on a HUD requirement.

Three documents require a signature from the Board of Supervisors that I will obtain after the Plans are approved and the forms are signed.
