Approve Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Adult Criminal Justice Enhancement Fund (CJEF) Assistance funding agreement as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 in the amount of $144,967.
Background:
The purpose of the allocations for the standard probation supervision program is to achieve or maintain the average adult probation case supervision requirement.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Receive AOC funding and administer program.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
No AOC funding for standard adult probation/surveillance officers and support staff.
