Approve Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Juvenile Probation Title IV-E funding agreement/reimbursement as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 in the amount of $3,065.27.
Background:
This is a Federal foster care program administered by Arizona State Department of Child Safety and the Juvenile Justice Services Division assisting low income children - reimbursements related to out-of-home placement.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Receive AOC reimbursement.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
No reimbursement for out-of-home placements.
