Approve an application for a Temporary Extension of Premises liquor license submitted by Mr. Leonel Urcadez for Gay 90s Bar located at 3856 S. Towner Avenue, Naco, AZ 85620 on September 29, 2018 through September 30, 2018, for the 1st Annual Fight for Life Cancer benefit, Vintage Car & Motorcycle gathering.
Background:
Mr. Urcadez has applied for a temporary Extension of Premises/Patio liquor license for Gay 90s Bar located at 3856 S. Towner Avenue, Naco, AZ 85620. The temporary extension is for September 29, 2018 through September 30, 2018 for the 1st Annual Fight for Life Cancer benefit, Vintage Car & Motorcycle gathering. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and Planning and Zoning has recommended approval of the application and the Planning Department is currently working with the property owner on obtaining the proper permits for the Temporary Use.
