Approve the Minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of September 11, 2018.

Adopt Resolution 18-19 approving the cancellation of uncontested board elections for Special District governing boards listed pursuant to A.R.S. 16-410, and appoint the candidates who filed for the Special District governing board, or declare seats vacant if an insufficient number of candidates giving all those appointed the same powers and duties in accordance with the law.
