Adopt Resolution 18-20 of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors Establishing a Deferred Prosecution Fee Schedule.
Background:
The Cochise County Attorney’s Office maintains a deferred prosecution fund that is used for the administration of the Deferred Prosecution Program pursuant to ARS 11-363. The County may adopt a fee schedule for products and services the Cochise County Attorney’s Office provides to the public as part of the Deferred Prosecution Program. The County Attorney’s Office requests the Board of Supervisors adopt a fee schedule as permitted by statute. Published notice of the proposed fee schedule and the public hearing was provided to the public pursuant to ARS 11-251.08.

The Department will implement the new fee schedule.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The County Attorney’s Office will not be able to fund the Deferred Prosecution Program as provided by statute.
