Approve the appointment of retiring Justice of the Peace, Precinct 6, Michael Skiles as Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore countywide for emergency or temporary coverage, pursuant to ARS 22-121 for the period beginning January 2, 2019 through June 30, 2019, with no compensation per agreement with Judge Skiles.
Background:
The court is required to appoint Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore with Board of Supervisors approval.
