Approve the over-the-counter sale of tax deed properties as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, plus related administrative fees.
Background:
Three OTC bids have been received and are reflected on the attached exhibit. In addition, the bidders will pay a $25 administrative fee per parcel. The bids and associated payments have been received by BOS office staff for the parcels listed on the exhibit totaling $11,443 ($8,493 for the bids and $2,950 administrative fee).
Mr. Searle has proposed a lower than the minimum bid on several parcels due to the fact that there are no improvements on this land and the road access is limited.
