Approve the appointment of Mr. Clint Briseno to the District 1 Board of Adjustment, for a term effective immediately through December 31, 2022.
Background:
The Boards of Adjustment consist of three members appointed by the County Supervisor for that District, each residing within the District. Members of the Boards of Adjustment serve staggered four-year terms. Each Board has a term which expired on December 31, 2018. Mr. Clint Briseno has agreed to serve on the District 1 Board for a term ending December 31, 2022.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Send appointment letter and administer the oath of office to Mr. Briseno as stated below in the BOS Staff follow-up.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The Board of Adjustment, District 1 will have a vacancy on the three member Board.

Please send Mr. Briseno the standard letter from the Board office affirming his appointment, along with the oath of office. Community Development will provide the mailing address to the Clerk via email.
