Adopt Resolution 19-07 to approve AZ034 Streamlined Annual and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plans for Fiscal Year 2019.

Background:

Each year, the Housing Authority submits Plans to HUD as policies and guides for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. 

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

If approved, the Housing Authority will submit the Plans by the due date of April 2019 to HUD.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

If the Plans are not approved, the Housing Authority risks being delinquent on a HUD requirement. 

To BOS Staff: Document Disposition/Follow-Up:

In addition to the Resolution, the Chairperson of the Board will need to sign (2) additional attachments HUD forms 50077 and 50077-SL.   Originals will need to be sent to Anita Baca, Executive Director.
