Approve the denial to appeal the decision to approve Docket SU-19-06 (Counter Intelligence), a request for a Special Use Authorization to allow construction of a 1,600 square foot building to be used in manufacturing of counter tops on a 4.55 acre site zoned RU-4, thereby upholding the May 8, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission decision.
Background:
Mr. Terrance Hogan is appealing the May 8, 2019, unanimous decision by the Planning and Zoning Commission approving docket SU-19-06 (Counter Intelligence). The decision authorized the construction of a 1,600 square foot building to be used in manufacturing of counter tops.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
If the Appeal is granted, overturning the Planning and Zoning Commission approval of docket SU-19-06, Staff will notify the property owner and appellant of the denial.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If the Appeal is denied, and the Planning and Zoning Commission decision is upheld, docket SU-19-06 will be approved and Staff will notify the applicant and appellant of the decision.
