Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Sierra Vista regarding funding of a consultant to promote retention and expansion of missions of the U.S. Army at Fort Huachuca, effective July 9, 2019 through July 9, 2021, with four automatic one-year extension in the amount of $27,000 annually.
