Adopt Resolution 19-16 (Docket R-19-01 Foreclosure Registry) amending the Cochise County Zoning Regulations adding Article 25 Foreclosure Registry and amendments to Article 2 Definitions.
Background:
The proposed Foreclosure Registry was heard by the P&Z at their regularly scheduled meeting on June 12, 2019 and at a P&Z Work Session at their last regularly scheduled meeting on May 8, 2019. The Board of Supervisors meet at a Work Session March 12 to discuss the proposed Foreclosure Registry and provide staff with direction.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Amend the Cochise County Zoning Regulations to add Article 25 Foreclosure Registry and amendments to Article 2 Definitions.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
None. A Foreclosure Registry will not be established.
