Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement between Cochise County and the City of Sierra Vista authorizing both entities to administer programs and to receive and disburse funds for the Upper San Pedro Partnership in the amount of $10,000 extended for five additional years until February 28, 2023.
Background:
Amendment No. 1 to the IGA extending it until February 28, 2018 was approved on June 24, 2014.
