Approve Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Diversion Consequences funding agreement as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 in the amount of $51,866.
Background:
The purpose of these treatment/intervention funds are to support the juvenile courts and probation departments to impact the number of repetitive offenders.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Receive AOC funding and administer program.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
No funding for Juvenile Probation treatment programs.
