Approve Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Juvenile Drug Court Program funding agreement as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 in the amount of $101,798.
Background:
The purpose of these treatment/intervention funds are to support the juvenile courts and probation departments to impact the number of repetitive offenders.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Receive AOC funding and administer program.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
No funding for Juvenile Probation treatment programs.
