The Joint Task Force (JTF) is requesting an extention of a Right-of-Entry Permit for use of the Bisbee Douglas International Airport (BDI).
Background:
The JTF works cooperatively with law enforcement to secure US Borders. The current JTF Right-of-Entry Permit for use of BDI was approved by the BOS on 09/07/04. This is an extention of that agreement.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
A copy of the extended agreement will be provided to the JTF.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Failure to approve this request would hinder the mission of the JTF.
