Approve the appointment of Mark E. Battaglia and Bartholomew Kelleher as directors for the Industrial Development Authority of Cochise County, pursuant to A.R.S. 35-705, effective immediatley, terminating on October 28, 2015 and October 28, 2017 respectively.
Background:
Both individuals have accepted the invitation to serve on the board in order to fill vacancies.
