Approve Amendment 1 to the committee appointments for members of the Board of Supervisors and executive staff for the 2019-20 Fiscal Year and approve continuing annual memberships for 2019-20, with payment of associated dues as described herein.
Background:
Vice-Chairman English is requesting the appointment of Ms. Barbara Kennedy to SouthEastern Arizona Community Action Plan (SEACAP) as the alternate County representative. Ms. Gwen Calhoun will continue as the primary elected representative.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
As required by SEACAP, Vice-Chairman English will submit a letter of appointment.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Ms. Kennedy will not be added as an alternate.
