Approve a Series #12 (Restaurant) new liquor license application submitted by Mr. Bobby Eugene Douglas, for Dusty's Chuckwagon Grill & Saloon, located at 13510 S. Highway 191, Elfrida, AZ 85625.
Background:
Mr. Bobby Eugene Douglas has applied for a (Restaurant), located at 13510 S. Highway 191, Elfrida, AZ 85625. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Health Department is currently working with the property owner on health-related issues with the subject property.
Mr. Bobby Eugene Douglas has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
