Adopt Resolution 20-15 to approve AZ034 Streamlined Annual and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plans for fiscal year 2020-21.
Background:
Each year, the Housing Authority submits Plans to HUD as policies and guides for the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
If approved, the Housing Authority will submit the Plans to HUD.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If the Plans are not approved, the Housing Authority risks being delinquent on a HUD requirement.

In addition to the Resolution, the Chairperson of the Board will need to sign 2 additional attachments: HUD forms 50077-ST-HCV-HP and 50077-SL. Please send signed originals to Anita Baca, Housing Director.
