Approve transfer of tax deeded property, as described in Exhibit A, to the Cochise County Engineering & Natural Resources Department, for potential transportation or flood control purposes.
Background:
Annually the Board of Supervisors holds a public auction of tax parcels, parcels which are not sold are offered to departments within the County for use to the benefit of the public. Engineering has requested the following parcels be removed from the tax sale, and vested in their department. These parcel uses range from County maintained rights-of-way, to flood control projects and future material pits.
