Approve Contract 21-01-FAC-01 with Landmark Metal Builders, for Roofing Services at Building C, in the Melody Lane County Complex in Bisbee, in the amount of $85,885, effective October 13, 2020.

Background:

The Facilities Management Department would like to move forward with roofing services at the Bisbee Melody Lane Complex for Building C. Facilities went through the procurement bidding process and Landmark Metal Builders had the highest score ranking by the scoring panel based on the technical proposal, past performance listing, and pricing. 

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

Staff will coordinate the project with the vendor and the departments in building C.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

The Building C roof would not be repaired in a timely manner causing further damage.
