Background:
Cochise County has submitted reimbursement for expenses related to the COVID-19 emergency. The FEMA Public Assistance Program provides reimbursement for 75% of expenses related to the emergency. The FEMA program will reimburse 75% of this amount, totaling $13,746. The Arizona Express Pay program will pay 75% of that amount, totaling $10,310, in an express manner, intended to get funds out quickly. This agreement is with the State of Arizona for the Express Pay Program. FEMA will still reimburse for the remaining $3,436.
