Approve a letter of support to The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in appreciation of their support and partnership efforts in the protection of the San Pedro River.
Background:
Recognizing the importance of these conservation projects to our community, the Board fully supports the TNC's efforts.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Mail letter to Pat Graham, State Director, The Nature Conservancy Arizona Chapter, 1819 E. Morten Ave #100, Phoenix, AZ 85020 and cc: Dan Stellar at the same address.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The County and TNC's partnership efforts may not continue.
