Background:
Ms. Jessica Sarinana has applied for a Series #12 (Restaurant) new liquor license, located at 4711 S. Hwy. 92, Sierra Vista, AZ 85650.5. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Health Department advised the applicant has a current permit with Cochise County Environmental Health.
Ms. Jessica Sarinana has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
