Table to the February 9, 2021, Regular Board Meeting, at the request of Arizona Public Service Company (APS), the Public Hearing and possible adoption of Resolution 21-01 granting an Electricity Services Franchise to APS.
Background:
APS has applied for a franchise renewal in all of Cochise County. The $500.00 franchise fee has been paid. The Notice of Public Hearing has been published three times as required by statute. To date, there have been no letters or phone calls either for or against granting the franchise.
APS has requested that the Public Hearing and consideration of the franchise be continued to the February 9, 2021 Regular Meeting.
