Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), HU-156025 between Cochise County and the Arizona Department of Health Services to allow access and share data between the two entities for a 5-year period.
Background:
This MOU between Cochise County and the Arizona Department of Health Services allows us to access and share data between our two entities. Both our County Attorney and the Director of Information Technology have reviewed the memorandum of understanding. The recommendation of CHSS is to approve this MOU between Cochise County and ADHS.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If the MOU is not approved CHSS will not have access to the databases necessary to conduct our work.
