Adopt the Strategic Plan for Cochise County for 2021-2024.
Background:
The Board of Supervisors has been working to develop an updated Strategic Plan for the County. The Board previously met with staff to update the plan to clearly define the priorities of the Board.
As this is a living document it can always be updated to reflect changes that impact the County's mission and vision.

Distribute Strategic Plan to all County employees and share with the public.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Cochise County will not have an updated strategic plan in place.
