Background:
Mr. Bourlier has applied for a Permanent Extension of Premises liquor license for Outside Inn LLC, located at 4907 S Hwy 92, Sierra Vista, AZ 85650. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and Development Services has recommended approval of the application.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Board staff will forward the Board’s decision to the ADLLC.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The applicant will not be able to serve liquor outside the established premises.
