Approve a Series #6 (Bar) Acquisition of Control liquor license application submitted by Mr. Kevin A. Kramber, for T J's Bar and Grill LLC, located at 135 Frontage Road, Pearce, AZ 85625.
Background:
Mr. Kevin A. Kramber has applied for an Acquisition of Control - Series #6 Bar liquor license for T J's Bar and Grill LLC, located at 135 Frontage Road, Pearce, AZ 85625. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and the Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Development Services Department recommended approval. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Health Department advised TJ’s Bar and Grill has a current Fixed Food Establishment License.
Mr. Kramber has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
