Approve the appointment of Mr. Frank Molina to the Redistricting Advisory Commission as a representative from District 2.
Background:
On August 21, the Board approved the appointments to the Redistricting Advisory Commission. However, a last-minute vacancy occurred for a position from District 2. Supervisor Ann English has nominated Mr. Frank Molina for the role.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Clerk of the Board will send Mr. Molina the Oath of Office, OML Review, and provide any additional information on future meetings.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
District 2 will not have equal representation on the Redistricting Advisory Commission.
